muscle ebook

If you are looking for a good muscle mass program then there are several factors to determine if a particular program is worth your time and money.  Here are few of these factors which you can consider:

  • Frequency of workouts:  does the program have you working out more frequently than you realistically can dedicate?  If so, this muscle mass program is not for you
  • Flexibility for body types:  is it a one size fits all type of program, or does it help you easily adjust the recommendations for your body type?
  • Outside factors:  does it address “outside” factors such as dealing with work and family stress, choosing (and keeping) a good training partner, or staying away from gym drama?
  • Dependency on specialty supplements:  is the program one which is dependent on you purchasing special supplements, especially ones where the author/publisher has a financial incentive?  If so, consider staying away from this or at least understand that your costs will go up
  • Specialty equipment:  does the muscle mass program require specialty equipment?  If so, your costs will increase here as well
  • Your mind:  does the program address visualization or other mental factors to help you gain quality muscle?  If not, the program neglects a powerful factor toward helping you reach your goals
  • Safety:  does the program emphasize safety in the pursuit of building muscle?  If not, make sure to choose another program as many guys have gotten themselves injured by attempting unsafe practices in the name of pursuing muscle

Notice that price, testimonials, and a guarantee were not even mentioned in the above list.  Quality muscle mass programs should offer testimonials and other forms of “social proof”.   Most quality digital information products, such a muscle building ebook programs, usually come with an airtight guarantee that is honored by a third party which protects the customer.  If you do not see any of these then consider searching for a program which offers both, as many quality programs do.

As for price, the question of “value” comes up.  Some people tend to buy muscle mass programs in large frequency, always hopping from one to the other.  One of the common tendencies of these people is to buy low-cost (or get free) programs… and even if the program is perfect for the customer, the customer may not even follow the recommendations!  This is because the customer did not value the information high enough because he/she did not pay enough money for the information; and therefore the customer did not have enough of a vested interest in the information’s content.

Other people have been burned by personal trainers, supplement companies, and others who were only interested in taking their money.  Somewhere there is a happy medium where customers will get good information at a price which is acceptable, yet high enough for the customer to take the content seriously.

Hopefully these guidelines will help you narrow down your choices when you are selecting a muscle mass program.
